What we collect, and where it goes.

What we collect

If you use the calculator without submitting anything, the figures you type stay in your browser and never reach us. If you ask for a second opinion, we collect your name, mobile number and email, together with the mortgage details you entered: balance, current rate, fixed-rate expiry date and lender.

Why we collect it

So a licensed adviser can give you a useful answer instead of starting from nothing. The fixed-rate expiry date is the one that matters most — it is what lets us come back to you when it is relevant rather than when it suits us.

Who it goes to

A licensed financial advice provider, so they can contact you. We do not sell your details to any other party, and we do not distribute them to multiple brokers.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until the expiry date you gave us has passed and you have told us you are not interested.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it.

Cookies and measurement

We measure which pages and campaigns bring people here so we know what is worth doing. We do not run advertising cookies that follow you around other websites.
